About Us
Hello, my name is Aidan and I am the sole owner and creator of The Pickled Diller LLC. I create locally sourced, homemade pickled vegetables of a variety of brines and mixes. From bread and butter, spicy, sweet, dill, sweet and spicy, to herb infused, there is a brine for every meal, event, or late night snack. The Pickled Diller is not only limited to cucumbers — but also includes pickled carrots, onions, beets, radishes, green beans, asparagus, cauliflower, peppers, okra, eggs and many more in a variety of mixes.

I started pickling 3 years ago in my apartment kitchen, finally taking initiative on a skill I had always wanted to learn. I kept tinkering with recipes, spices, and herbs until I found the perfect concoction. Once I got the brine perfected, I started seeing how to pickle other vegetables and what vegetables paired well with each other. I eventually started making mixes based on what style of meal I wanted to eat them with. For instance, my spicy cucumber and radish is great with street tacos or fajitas, but my rosemary beets and radishes are a great addition to goat cheese burgers and salads or roasted chicken and rice.

All of my products are hand chosen, chopped, jarred, sealed, tagged and labeled by me to get that Pickled Diller gratifying taste and quality each and every time. In addition, all of my jars are water bath canned, for a long shelf life when unopened.
