About Us
Dale and Daughter is a small family fermentary specializing in artisan pickles & ferments, professionally produced by a father/daughter team in our commercial kitchen in Owasso, OK. From our collection of ferments- including multiple flavors of raw, vegan, probiotic sauerkrauts, kimchi, tonics, hot sauces & mustards- to our full spectrum of vinegar pickles, we prioritize making healthy eating delicious, interesting, & accessible. Established in 2014, we've enjoyed over a decade of connecting with community, collaborating locally, sharing the science of fermentation in digestible, delectable bites & getting pickles to the people. Please note: To preserve nutritional integrity, we do not "can" or heat seal our products. All items must be refrigerated at all times. When properly stored, most pickles will last at least two months, & ferments will last three months or more. To your health!
